End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the SPLAT desktop application. By installing or activating SPLAT you agree to the terms below. This agreement covers the licence itself; the account and purchase system it sits on top of is covered separately in the Terms of Service.

The licence you get

A single purchase of SPLAT grants one licence, tied to your account, for the current version of the application and every update released for it. The licence is for your own use; it is not a licence for an organisation, a team, or a site, unless purchased separately as such.

Activation on up to two machines

Your licence may be active on up to two machines at a time. To move your licence to a new or different machine once you are already at that limit, deactivate one of the existing machines yourself, from within the application or your account, and the freed activation becomes available immediately. No request to us is required to move a machine; this is a self serve action by design.

What you may not do

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent or lend your licence key or a copy of the application to anyone else. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except to the extent that the law in your jurisdiction expressly permits such activity despite this restriction, and then only to the extent permitted. You may not remove or alter any notice of copyright or ownership contained in the software.

Updates

Your licence covers the current version of SPLAT and every update released for it, at the developer's discretion. Updates may add, change, or remove capabilities as the product evolves; SPLAT is in active development, and this agreement does not promise a fixed feature set or a fixed release schedule.

Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. We may also revoke a licence, or you may receive a refund under the refund policy, either of which ends your right to activate or continue running the application; deactivate the software on any machine it remains active on if your licence ends. Sections of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including the restrictions on redistribution and reverse engineering, continue to apply after termination.

No warranty

The software is licensed as is, with the same as is and as available basis described in the Terms of Service, and without warranty of any kind except where the law requires one that cannot be waived.
